    Lifesaving Fake Boobs of the Day: A Florida woman’s doctors claim her breast implants saved her life after she was stabbed in the chest with a knife just outside her apartment.

    The 41-year-old says she was attacked by the new girlfriend of her ex-fiance with a pocket knife.

    Doctors theorize there was just enough saline to stop the knife from piercing her lungs or heart. In an interview, the Florida woman said the $6000 surgery may have been “the best decision she ever made in her life.”

    The stabbing suspect is currently facing charges.

    The text is a direct translation of Vatsyayana’s original writings with new cover artwork by Malika Favre.

    “[The] challenge was to make the cover sexy, modern and daring without being vulgar or over the top,” Favre explained. “I decided to create a very bold and playful alphabet that would run across both flaps and front and back cover spelling ‘Kama Sutra’.”
